I knew this ahead of time, but I can see where it would be irritating for a child. 2) The revolving Volcano Escape is the heart of this multi-set. 4) It also includes 4 beautiful die cast Hot Wheels cars in the box and that’s probably the best thing about this pack. My 12 year old son wanted this set.

The media could not be loaded. It does take a bit of time to assemble, so if you're buying for a Christmas gift I would assemble it ahead of time and place it next to the tree. My 4 year old daughter really liked the racetrack too. Also my son was a little frustrated that the track just "ended" (see picture: black track is open ended) and that you have to purchase additional track sets.

2) There are only 6 connectors included in the box; to make these sets really playful and engrossing you’d have to purchase additional track pieces and/or City sets. He is really into hot wheels. And yes, we spoil him every chance we get.
