Precisely this cloud represents one of the strengths of this product. . Legs, arms and head can rotate around the shoulders, hips and neck, but elbows and knees don't bend, so the movements are a bit limited. So after all the shaking, the child is opening the box to find a toy in a plastic bag covered in the snow. We have added just a bit, filled the top tray halfway and it was perfect.
