I got it for £11 in the BF sale, I have tried a few pre workouts before, and it tastes maybe the best out of them (like strawberry Hubba Bubba gum) if not a very close second to C4 blue razz. Not a bad flavour, and does give a nice buzz to your workout. Great before a workout. Gives a great boost and keeps you alert.

Easily mixed. always has a white powder scum on top, almost like the creatine doesn't mix and ends up sticking to the drink cup. Take it early though as it is high in caffeine and may disrupt sleep. Much better then 5150 PWs and gold nutrition PWs, as I say this and C4 seem to be the best PWs.

. won't be buying again because of this. The thickness is good the photo is with 2 scoops, as I am 6”4 weighing 17 1/2 stone, so I need extra to feel a buzz which you do get very quickly, not the biggest buzz ever but gets me though my 75 min sessions without feeling lethargic towards the end. I’m highly suprised by the quality of this pre workout.
I would recommend this PW to anyone, considering price and taste you get a really good deal! Might make your skin tingle. Does not mix well though.
