Following on from my woeful inaccurate comments 13/11/17 in regard to the zip failing to engage at the bottom of the jacket and zip up, I contacted Beverley of LSR this morning intending to send the jacket there to have the zip repaired. I apologise for my stupid mistake. Very lightweight waterproof jacket,good sizing and comfortable,I'd recommend getting the fleece as an extra to make it warmer in freezing temperatures.

I replied indeed there was. My faith was immediately restored in this product thanks to Beverley of LSR. Sleeves on the coat could do with extra tabs if securing the fleece (which was brought separately) you can feel the cold a little bit through the front zip even when the fleece is zipped up and zipped in to the outer coat.

I'd forgotten that in order to zip up the cornice jacket both zips must be engaged. She asked me whether there was a second zip higher up the zip runner. When I drew that second zip down on top of the zip at the bottom my problem was solved without spending a penny. Material is noisy when walking.
