Neck pillow is very comfortable, fabric very comfortable. With a little sewing art, however, the problem is solved quickly and easily (see photos). The support function is pleasant, I would have wished it a little tighter. The back cushion is functional, but could be a little thicker.
Overall, I'm happy. That's my personal feeling. What I would criticize is the elastic band, which is probably designed exclusively for the size of the company's chairs, so use on other chairs, as in my case on a Sparco seat, does not work because the strap is too short and also not adjustable.
