Buy it, buy it, buy it! This book is a lovely read just in time for autumn, the photos are beautiful, and I like that I'm more aware of how the simple things we take for granted every day can make a huge impact with just a little thought and minor adjustment.

It will be a great Christmas gift as well. ! This book is so comforting like all his other books! The mini stories are quite nice but sometimes waffle-some, if you've already read "the little book of hygge" it may seem a little repetitive in the beginning but it goes into more detail.
I loved all the research information, especially about how certain things impact a patient's healing time and kids' reactions to certain lighting. Love this book.
