Wine Writers & Ratings A cracking gin from Australian producers Four Pillars, and certainly unlike anything we've ever seen. The palate is lovely and sweet with a long juniper and spice character on the finish. Palate: Sweet red berries and blueberry jam, dry piny juniper and tea-like tannins, black pepper spice and angelica root nutty woodiness. Gin combined with Shiraz grapes?

. I used a blood orange soda as the mixer, was divine! Such a uniquely flavoured gin and I've tasted a few! Far too moorish.

Adore this! you won't be disappointed! Subtle notes of shiraz, so fresh, fruity and refreshing.
