You get a months supply and only need to have a single one per day. The only thing that isn’t recyclable is a small container of silica gel, which understandably is there to keep the product dry. After this initial 10 days things have settled down to a greater predictability than I’ve been used to for years and has certainly reduced bloating. For this reason people also take it for IBS symptoms with good success and when coming off a bout if antibiotics to rebuild your weakened beneficial bacteria.
