I have poor sight in one eye so hopefully it will keep my good eye healthy. I am taking it to improve my eyesight and it works I don't have the dry and irratated eyes anymore!

Since starting these my eyes are now much better. These are great I’ve seen a few reviews saying they are 2 tablets a day but mine say one daily. So I've used these supplements for just over 2 weeks and for me they've been life changing for my eyes.

Since taking it, i notice a better hydration of the eye and a reduce sensitivity to the light. My eyes are usually red, irritated, dry and strained. Fantastic product, one in which I will continue to buy!
