SUMMARY

Okatsune provide a range of premium quality pruners made from the highest quality materials using Japan's long tradition of superior craftsmanship.   The Okatsune 101 has an overall length of 180mm and is the most compact pruner of the 3 models, they are particularly suitable for a small hand. The blades of this razor-sharp pruner are forged from the finest Japanese steel and enable you to effortlessly cut through branches up to 25 mm, of such as shrubs, roses, fruit trees, and creepers. I only use the Okatsune now.

Reviews

Anarion

Despite being light it gives you a feeling of robustness. I ordered a third pair from a Japan based seller for better comparison. 101's for small hands. Sharp but I still haven't tested it over time.

The Admninistrator

Well, face the discontent that I am on the part of the seller, I will try to circumscribe my criticism to the product, which has little to do with who, in this case represents it. I have several models and they are all great quality and long lasting.

Spotted the 103 priced at $19. The product has arrived damaged in the plastic lining the grip area. 8's = 210mm, 245gOkatsune have recently opened an office in the UK, so there is no need to contact Japan for spare parts. Here are some overall lengths and weights for comparison:Okatsune 101's = 180mm, 177gOkatsune 103's = 202mm, 228gOkatsune 104's = 210mm, 235gFelco No.

2's = 215mm, 240gFelco No. I believe Monty Don uses Japanese-made Tobisho SR-1 secateurs which are similar to Okatsune's but twice the price. 10 a couple weeks ago.
