* BTW, this is obvious, but maybe not to new woodworkers, but the kerf of your blade will be inputted as an offset, so you get exact measurements. I recommend removing the batteries if this is being stored so they don’t leak and ruin an expensive tool. Another thing is making sure it’ll fit your saw. It was spot on at 12 inches.

It seems I have less and less time and more and more to do - so always on the lookout for opportunities to get my work done, (the right way) but in less time. This is a very nice tool for your saw and is very precise once you get it calibrated correctly. Loved the build quality and the ease of use.

I Highly Recommend this REEKON M1 Caliber Measuring Tool for Miter, Chop, and Band Saws – Eliminates Need to Measure & Mark Materials, Reduces Cut Time and Increases Safety, Measures Flat & Round Materials. With a repetitive task such as cutting laminate flooring boards to odd lengths this will save a ton of time doing the "measure twice cut once" routine. * You no longer need to mark the length you need to cut.
