I apply Barielle nail rebuilding protein twice a week and use the CND coconut oil-rub it in all over, around and under nails a couple times a day. My nails were splitting would not grow at all.

Seems to work well and arrived as expected. I started using this product about 6 weeks ago.
Smells lovely, like Almonds. As you can see, they have really recovered. My cuticles are smooth and no hangnails!
