On straight fast I'm only up to 2nd keto level on this scale - as yet. I am three days into my Keto Diet and was wanting to know if my keytones were kicking in.

I have been doing the Keto diet for the last 5 days. 3) It shows ketones from burning food-fat as well as body-fat. I used to use them on the Atkins diet years ago, same sticks and worked great the also. So far I've lost no hip-centimetres, so I'm waiting to compare that with my keto scores.

(Not that it Matters once you are in ketosis) I also sometimes do short HIIT workouts and reverse sit ups. I understand these are not so accurate when you have been on the diet a while as your body becomes more efficient as burning keytones for energy, hence there will be less traces in the urine but for newbie ketoers they are great at letting you know you are on the right track.
