The media could not be loaded. So far it's nothing that affects it's use though so happy with the piece, much easier than a normal mop! Very pleased with this.

It’s very light but same time feel really strong. Gods absorbing level. Had the same issue as some other where item arrived with some rusted nuts and screws. I suggest the seller stores the stock in a different place.
