One, I already have other dewalt 18v gear and trust the brand, and two, I only need it for DIY and odd jobs, therefore couldnt jusify the higher price of the brushless version. - grub screw for adjusting zero on the tilt angle. As can be seen in my pictures, it has:- a dust extraction port. Picked this particular brushed saw for two reasons.

However, I cannot make any comments on the longevity of the tool as I won't be using it very often. - adjustable cutting guide- storage for blade removal Allen key- easily accessible brushesI have had no issues with cutting ability or runtime, and can thoroughly recommend this product. The saw is definitely a good piece of kit. - tilt and depth adjustment.
