One to hold and press button other to release blade. Great quality feel to it. Only downside is you need two hands to open.

I was a little sceptical at first but when this arrived I was suitably impressed. The construction of the knife is all metal, except the blade storage cover which is plastic. Feel comfortable for work and build it with good materials 75, this is a terrific utility knife and I commend it to anyone.

Reassuring click when opening and closing. There is a blade cut-out for cutting string or stripping wire, although I question its usefulness given how close to the main blade it is, plus it's only accessible when the blade is open.

Plasterboard cutting will do the job fine i would say Overall, for £7. I've posted photos of it next to my old, well used, Stanley knife for comparison. Otherwise a very good quality strong knife

The blade mechanism is smooth and the blade inserts easily when the button is pressed, then released to finish, fully inserting it until it clicks into place. When folded it's slightly shorter, and longer when open.
