love that it tells me how much battery lower I have left. Would 100% recommend The voltage is steady at 5. But seems to detect phone Ans charges right away.

Ignore the mAr on the screen, that number is unrelated to this charge cycle. I bought to take to the zoo to make sure I could take all the pictures I wanted without having to worry about my phone dying and it did not disappoint. 18VDC when charging.
