Now, NO SMELL! Non harmful to pets & ppl. The smell will be there for about a day or so then once grass drys out the smell is gone.

I bought two. As you can tell I’ve had this for awhile & I just ordered a new one. How I've been using this product is as follows:Step One - Spray off the grass in the shower (front and back sides) so it is thoroughly rinsed of any urineStep Two - Fill the tub with about 6 inches of cold water, pour in the Simple Green (I don't measure, probably about a cup)Step Three - Place the freshly rinsed grass into the tub and use a washrag to gently wipe the front and back sides, then let it soak about an hourI have to fold the grass in half to get it to fit completely in the tub, so I flip the grass over after about 30 minutes. Today was the perfect day since it’s a bit overcast, not super hot at all.

When I first adopted her, she didn’t pee or poop for 24 hours no matter how much we walked her. Works well but must use and night or overcast day, I soak the yard with water before and then spray 1 bottle on my small area. Installer recommended this product so I purchased the sprayer and an extra gallon. I use it on my patio, and the grass because my two dogs pee everywhere .

– I do a weekly rinse of the overall astroturf once a week to help reduce the odor extra. I stuck the entire rug in our big garden tub, accordion folded, rinsed it thoroughly, then poured the Simple Green Outdoor Odor Eliminator directly on the spot, let it sit for several hours, then filled the tub w/ hot water & let it soak for a couple more hours, drained it, rinsed it well, & let it air dry.
