I bought this product to use on a classic car that only gets used occasionally and in good weather. I struggled at first with the fault light because I was throwing it on like any old jump lead but this didnt work. Used to keep battery charged while my MX5 is in lock down. It worked with me.

It’s competitively priced vs others on the market and a well known brand. If the battery is totally discharged and the battery charger is showing error light try to jump start your batter before charging.

Cable lengths are good approx 1. Flat battery, order this product on Prime, arrived next day, four hours later the battery was at full charge. Garage advice when I phoned them about the issue said 'Go for a short drive', but that had little success at charging battery so bought this bit of kit.

Important to note that it is not a product that charges a flat battery, but one that maintains a health battery at the right level if the vehicle is only used occasionally. Saved me twice so far from replacing my battery. my car battery flat for uncountable times during the lockdown, because of too few usage and trip distance was too short to charge up the batterynear every time i need to use portable car starter to start the car, as the car could not start because of the flat battery, it’s not good to keep the battery always flat, so i tried this battery chargerit’s good that i don’t need to take the battery out of the car in order to charge it according to the instruction, however, it’s extremely slow to charge the battery until its fullthe charger doesn’t show any information about the battery level, so i was really not sure when it will be fully charged, for some time i thought it would never can finish and i doubt if the charger really worksmy car battery is around 70A, so the charging hour would be near 70 hours! You may need the connection to pinch onto the very top of the terminal rather than clamp right onto the whole thing.

! AA battery charger works well on a stop start battery. I have had this product and used it for 2 months now with no issues.

Recommended from a you tube guy. probably i will recharge the battery once a month to maintain the battery level if the lockdown continues
