Jessie has absolutely nailed how to steady our blood sugar and improve our health in this clever, funny, colourful and simple book. Not great for a vegetarian/vegan (Jessie is not, so her recipes follow her tastes) but you can adapt it using a bit of creativity.

I know you can get the hacks from her podcasts for free, but I think you would have a lot of work trying to figure out how to cook and combine ingredients, and this book gives you them all. Can’t wait to read this amazing book but very disappointed with the condition of the book.
