I wasn’t sure how it was going to to play out in the end but I was happy with the way it turned out. Will everything work out for Eliza Lara Ben & Kirsten. This was another Lucy Diamond book that I struggled to put down. Pleas read it and enjoy it as I have.

I liked the characters especially when Lara, Ben and Eliza were together. Their paths cross and nothing will ever be the same again - but for what reasons?

Fast forward 18 years and Ben is married to Kirsten and living in Cambridge, while single Mum Lara and her daughter live in Scarborough. I loved the journey we were taken on with the story. I really loved it.

Perfect contemporary romcom fiction. There were some laugh out loud moments along with some heartbreaking moments too. When Eliza at 18 decides she wants to find her dad, she learns it was a one night in New York that Lara met Ben. I enjoyed this one, a novel about missed opportunities and ‘what ifs’ in life where anything could happen.
