Wow! I have had back pain for some time and have found it very difficult to sleep and I used my husbands mat (he has the same product) and I slept like a baby all night. It is long enough for even tall people like myself and the five modes provide something for everyone, I particularly like Mode 5 and an added bonus is that each of ther magnet areas can be turned off and on individually to localise the massage. Highly recommended.
