Love the small cushions for support, totally 100% happy with purchase. The cushion is not too firm but also not too soft and is very comfortable. You can adjust the height and inclination of the chair, I'm 183cm and this chair is comfortable (I've been using it for a few hours now).

Edit3: here i am again, The left arm rest has suddenly stopped working, It will not lock anymore, 2 metal balls fell out of it and now it only stays in the lowest position. Overall , a good chair for your office or home , very comfortable and easy to assemble . Final result , a average tall office chair , with good and wide back rest which can be adjusted in the lumbar area to provide extra support when needed .

The seat cushion is firm, which is how I prefer it, the provided cushions have remained suitably supportive, they are adjustable too but stay in place and don't shift around. making the inner small than the other edges helps keep my head center and reseted. Chair arrived well packaged in a strong box.

The chair was quite difficult to assemble, In fact, it is definitely one of the most difficult to assemble chairs i have ever had, It took about an hour of turning screws, trying to get the back on, A helping hand will definitely be useful for building this chair. 80m (5'11'') but I am convinced that taller people may find it more friendly; specially because the armrests and headrest can be risen a lot more. i bought, from amazon, a pair of "Medipaq Memory Foam Travel Head Neck Rest" (sorry, can't add urls in reviews), strapped to the headrest with some velcro cable ties. The stitching is great, the color is nice and vibrant without being too much in your face.

As for support, I got a damaged wheel and missing plastic cover and the seat had a small puncture from transport, 2 emails were exchanged and the new replacement parts arrived. Easy to assemble , all parts came well wrapped in the box to avoid scratches . Height adjustable head rest which can support either the head or the neck area , depending on choiceSeat is comfortable and wide enough to properly fit into . After that 4 more screws are used to attach the unit that will hold the chair together (this is the thing with the levers).
