So onto my morning porridge it goes. They do smell, u can smell the pot when opening them. Very good vitamins of Onion. Onions have so many health benefits, but do your research before taking any supplements.

Found in most foods, this vitamin is involved in the formation of red blood cells. And the taste and smell of fried is what we have here. Sorted! I really like that Swanson company added all onion benefits to one small capsule, which is mild taste of onions, so everybody can use them, even onions haters :) Onions contain decent amounts of several vitamins and minerals, including:* Vitamin C.

Now, caution must be exercised when opening capsules of any substance, particularly prescription drugs, and you really should ask your doc about these but, after some research, I decided that I was unlikely to come to grief. Thank you! Oh, the reasons that you might consider taking onion supplements in the first place are many but mine is to top up my reserves of sulphur which is used by the liver to boost detoxification. Its too soon to say if the benefits have occurred, however , they havnt done any harm and I'm happy to carry on with them.

Now I'm not recommending this method - I advise you t make up your own mind after giving it some thought. But what about fried onions?
