They stay cold atleast 30-45minsI only used them a few times so far so I can't give input about their longevity. I had a really bad blister between ties from some sandals falling asleep at night makes it feel cool helps relieve the swelling. I get super swollen feet especially when it’s really hot out and it’s painful. Highly recommended.

I have no foot injuries, however this product seemed perfect for someone like me who has trouble sleeping in the summer heat due to how hot my feet can get. Plenty of space. I was able to sleep with out tossing and turning. it's SO COLD IT HURTS!

This product is amazing! Omg it works like a charm. The slippers are lovely, very comfortable and keep feet so cool which helps to keep rest of body cool too. Put them in the freezer for about an hour and they are perfectly chilled!

! I personally think keeping them in the freezer for my use case is a bit too cold, so they've reserved a permanent spot in my refrigerator. Would fit yo to about size 10.

I found it annoying having to position my feet correctly on top of an ice pack and keep them there. Love them. Very happy I bought these. I can wear them without socks, but it gets alittle cold, nothing unbearable.

Would highly recommend. I am a nurse, and am on my feet for 12 to 16 hours a day. Note that they freeze pretty quickly (but takes more than an hour for them to freeze really well) and stay cold for a while!
