Evolved from an exhibition project of the same name, A Process combines works of photographers and authors of different origins in a holistic piece of art; additionally features essays by Joerg Colberg, Andreas Langen, Annekathrin Kohout, Dirk von Gehlen and Thomas Elsen. From early on in the process, I wanted to bring in a spirit of permissiveness. Featuring work by photographers ‘from around the world in one holistic art piece’, Der Greif works to juxtapoze, re-contextualise and ‘remix culture’ visually. Der Greif is a contemporary not-for-profit photography magazine and platform from Germany that aims to bring together diverse voices and provides a platform and visibility for a range of practitioners and their works.
