You can of course still melt them and mould them into a thicker shape, but it adds more work to the process. I prefer a thicker, chunkier shape as I believe it gives them a better mouthfeel. As for the taste, I'm not a connoisseur of white chocolate, but it's definitely a lot better than cheap Tesco chocolate.
The shape is little buttons rather than the tear drop shape used on the packaging's artwork. It reminds me of the little milky bars from N̷͈͋̊e̷̯͙͐š̶̱͒t̶̞̝͑l̸̨͑͗é̴̼͕͛ but it's been a while so I could just be imagining it.
