I only tend to get cramps at night, as a rule. but has a strange adherence factor if you try and turn in bed or when getting dressed, putting trousers or pj's on.

It's absolutely fine and doesn't cause any skin reaction at all. My go to now for my nocturnal or early morning calf,thigh and foot cramps. so this sits on my bedside table.

. I think applying it every single night since purchasing a couple of weeks ago, gas helped enormously. I'll admit it does help relax the tension in my knee and I feel like I can actually bend it after I apply but you need to reapply often.

I apply at bedtime but I wake up with my knee locked so I rub more in about 2 times throughout the night. This was the second time I'd tried this on the actual cramp and I thought maybe it was a fluke. It's an odd sort of 'texture'.

Broke my tibia on Sept 10th. I put this on as a preventative and I can honestly, hand on my heart, advise you that it works for me. I sprayed it 3 times directly onto my calf and gently rubbed it in and literally within 30 seconds the pain had diminished dramatically. More energy, clearer mind and no twitchy muscles it's all you should know to be convinced to buy it 🥳

Was told this was good for tense muscles and to help you relax before bed. Also about 7am this morning I was awake by that horrible sharp pain in my calf, shooting from my bed like a bat out of hell to get my leg outstretched against the wardrobe, I grabbed my spray off the bedside table. I'd rather struggle getting dressed than have pain any day! so now it's happened twice, I wanted to share the great news!

If I'm going out for the day though, I do take it with me in my handbag. Some reported it tingled on application, for me it only ever so slightly tingles about 20 minutes after application. not sticky or tacky.
