9. the software is great but you may have to down load the USB driver for your operating system, also this will not work with os10. It's cheaper and takes up less pedalboard space than getting separate pedals or the Boss GT-100. The media could not be loaded.

The seller was very responsive and supportive of my shipping issues all was handled. and Headrush units. I don't use the (over-the-top) presets, but combine individual effects to create my own patches.

Overall a very good multi-effects pedal. It is something that you will have study to enable you to get the most out of it but will elevate your performance standards(in the right hands). 16 which I have on iMac.
