It doesn't just work, it massively exceeded my expectations. Solid construction so if you're an outdoors person this is definitely for you too. A normal tablet or smartphone could use any old power bank with USB to charge, but the Surface Pro 4 needs a 3 pin 240V mains plug. There only seem to be a couple of option around as most chargers are very bulky and heavy.

It is compact, high performing, looks good and great value. My Huawei P30 pro takes advantage of the fast charging, and yes, all 3 batteries in my Mavic Air charger are getting powered up. Been using the powerbank to charge my Acer laptop and it works a treat good value for money and manages to charge my laptop to full on a single charge and it charges itself quite fast within 3/4 hours which is better than others also able to charge my phone using the fast charge adapter which you cannot use on other usual USB powerbanks

I played the first season of Game Of Thrones from the internal drive, screen set to 2nd brightest level, attached a headphone splitter with 2 sets headphones, set volume to 90% and pressed play. It was listed as 20100mAh, 72Wh. This is the unique selling point of this device.

Can't fault it in any way. The nearest thing I can compare it to would be a UPS but much more portable, roughly the size, shape and weight of a large tin of hotdogs.

It’s a little bulky but it doesn’t bother me as it comes with a massive 20100 mAh capacity with a 3-pin plug socket. The AC adapter doesn't get too hot while charging as it has ventilation holes on top and the bottom of the unit. At the front of the unit it shows 5 blue lights that means its fully charged then slowly depleted one by one. What I got was 22500mAh, or 81Wh so I was immediately impressed at getting 10% more power for free, especially as I also got 10% off the price with an special offer.

Although you can attach standard USB or type-C USB for fast charging of normal devices, being able to power, recharge or extend the life of a full size laptop is a true life saver. I disabled all the usual power management settings like hibernation, screen dim, etc.

The indicator LEDs on the side appeared to have run down, so I pulled out the power cable to see what level the Surface's own internal battery had run down to and it still showed 100%. In order to charge from the AC socket, make sure you hold down the power button to active it. Got up at 7am the next morning and it was still playing. Started the test at midnight and then went to bed.
