The media could not be loaded. I used to use a keep cup, which is very good but had a habit of leaking from the lid occasionally, and prior to that I had any number of cheaper ceramic double wall and generic thermos style cups but this beats them. Absolutely amazing product.

I keep on buying it as gift so others can enjoy it the way I did. It's not perfect, it's a bit tough to clean properly so a brush is needed but for just about everything else it is great. It does exactly what you want it to do and keep your drink warm with out leaking if you are traveling or walking around a lot at work and carrying this with you. It fits in the car cup holder, it keeps the liquid good and hot and the mechanism for opening and drinking is both sturdy and leak proof.

It’s comfortable to use with one hand. So happy with my purchase that I bought a second for the wife :). It’s ideal for me, a teaholic, used constantly every day, keeps drink hot for about 5 hours, but it does depend on how often you open it. An absolute gem of a purchase.
