Needless to dwell on the movie. I thought it was unbelievable that this movie is supposed to be from 1980. It remains a masterpiece of cinema. Kubrick manages to transmit continuous tension and generate anxiety and fear in the viewer without the need for all the special effects of contemporary horror cinema.

0 and the doubled parts break the atmosphere, at this price it's great. I can absolutely recommend investing in this disc. But thanks to HDR, many scenes in the hotel also look simply well illuminated and with a good sense of depth. I can only say that it is an absolute masterpiece of horror cinema.

Come on Warner Brothers. What I wrote in the title, I missed this Stanley Kubrick movie would have been missing something! I'm only rating the 4K Blu-Ray here, I don't have to say anything else about the classic itself.

After Odyssey, my expectations were very low and I was overwhelmed a lot. Absolute recommendation 👍🏼 This has been criticized in part here, which I cannot understand. Fantastic film and excellent transfer.

Jack Nicholson extraordinary. With an explanation on Google, you can of course get one or the other aha effect after the film, but on the whole you understood it really well and I didn't miss anything else at the end of the film. Everything has been written.

Ullman delivers the tennis ball to Danny. Some scenes were dubbed later because they were missing from the original version. !

The flimsiness makes me want to toss the case away and replace it with a sturdier one so my discs are actually protected. Yes, there was sometimes a small change of tone with other speakers in between in the extra scenes?
