I’m a 34f so to be able to do that with just this and get outputs on the peloton tread way above overs is no small feat. I’ve since started chaffing and I have no idea why. I originally bought this to wear over the top of my sports bra.
Anyway gave up with the sports bra and now just wear it over the top of a crop top.
