so interesting and colourful recipes that I did the Pea and mint croquettes which turn to be wonderful! Both turned out excellent! when the book arrived I was very excited however when I opened the package the front cover was so badly damaged. It was badly discoloured & there was a big indented line running right down the middle of the front cover.
