New and unused case sent out. Very surprised not normally the case with Amazon (direct purchase). The case had marks on it and the wheels and plastic protection at the bottom of case were damaged from use.

Rating moved from 1 to 4 - would be five if not for receiving used case in first place. Very happy with replacement. The inside of the case was filthy with dirt, hairs and and what looks like food.
Seeking a replacement. Update. Preused and damaged! Really good build quality and functionality.
