Doing it together gave us space to talk about his worries, and tell him some of mine too which made him feel like it was okay to be worried sometimes. A huge thank you to the authors, I think this will make a real difference to our son. Great book my child could relate to it and found it very helpful

This book is fantastic! We read the first part and did the activities together which was about emotions in general, and then moves on to anxiety. We used it together before bed one night and the next morning he was using it first thing before he got up!

It also normalises anxiety for them so they don't feel so different, would recommend 100% I wish I’d had something like this as a child!
