I love it! It has a display case back and the Seiko movement is beautiful as expected. No sharp edges on this watch. It's got a 40mm diameter, and I think this is one of the most versatile case diameters for most wrist sizes.

It also easily slides in and out of cuffs. This is probably one of the best watches for the money now. The 4 o' clock crown position keep the crown from pushing into your hand if you wear it low, it also looks different than the usual 3 o' clock crowns, which is common.

An everyday watch that can be worn for a formal dinner too. Couple of complaints is the original strap quality ( strap change certainly recommended) and the lack of screw down crown ( Only 100m instead of 200m) but then again it's not a dive watch just an everyday one, so can be excused. It has, I think, a 41-hour power reserve (the time it continues ticking when not worn). Despite being 40mm, it feels smaller.
