The heat function is probably my favourite as I can use the heat by itself on cold nights bit I also find it therapeutic. This only due to the fact that me personally I’m quite tall at 6’3.

I am happy with the massage mat. I purchased this item, to help with the sciatic pain in my lower back, legs and my spine in general, due to life long health conditions. I suffer with a bad lower back and this is definitely helping already.

In terms of use, it's nice for a general relax but I particularly like to use it after the gym when I have a heavy leg session or work my back So when it comes to using the massage mat, the end of it only tends to come more or less to the back of my knees, either laying flat or otherwise.
