I will update in one wk to let you know if it start to make a difference I read complaints about labels being put over instruction, company has took notice of this there was no label on mine and clear instruction on use. Thanks The pump is easy to use and direct straight onto the inside of my cheek.

Too early to report on product as its only just arrived. Great product, but please make sure the sticker on the back of the box isn't covering the 'how to use.

I bought this product following a B12 severe deficiency diagnosis and it really has helped me. I thought that it might have been close to an expiration date but as you can see from the photo it’s Oct 2024.

Great taste easy way to take B12 I quiere enjoy the taste also - it’s fruity and sweet. The flavour isn't that bad and taste does not linger . The lid at the bottom fell out and such a mess
