You just need to register the device with the manufacture through a QR code they include. I love this and immediately went to buy more from the manufacture but they are extremely expensive ($40 for a 10ft cable - yikes! The chargers anti slip material and in general is really good quality.

All three chargers work perfectly for me. I had read some reviews here saying it stops working - I hope that doesn't happen to me but if it does, there is a free extended warranty of 2 years that comes with purchase.

I really like this wireless charger and I'm glad I spent the extra money, it comes with a high quality braided USB type A to USB type C cable, the top of the charger has a lovely soft material texture and the bottom a rubber ring that keeps the base secure on my desk. I wish it was $10 cheaper but what can you do.

I’m surprised there are so many people having problems with this charger. If you are looking for something that has a nice design and premium feel, this is a good option. There's a discreet light on the front of the base which is just the perfect brightness so it doesn't disturb me when I'm asleep but is reassuring so I can quickly glance at it to know my device is charging, I've used the charger with my Samsung Note 9, and Apple AirPods wireless charging case and they work perfectly, no matter where I place my devices on the base they always charge unlike some other wireless chargers where you need to place your phone or whatever your charger in a certain position to get a charge, a bit expensive but worth every penny. Like this a lot, very happy with it!

It looks great and feels really solid. I'm using my Logitech USB-C cable to connect it to my MacBookPro instead of the one that came in the box unfortunately. This is my favorite wireless charger so far.
