And fortunately for something which is the only choice, it is a very good headrest. It's by no means the cheapest option, but it matches the quality of the chair extremely well. I also would like to express my praise to the Engineered Now support team - especially David who's been phenomenal in my exchange request.

This then puts the headrest into place. This headrest is flexible to let you adjust the height and tilt front/back to fit your need,Herman Miller Aeron has 3 size, 1 star, 2 star and 3 star, my chair is 3 star, it shown on the back of the chair. I had originally received a different colour to what I had ordered and they were extremely swift and helpful in processing the exchange (almost no questions asked and reimbursed me of the shipping fees).

The replacement bolt is to be used if you had a size A (smallest chair). So, once adjusted to your perfect position, you then use a screwdriver to prise off the screw covers and then you can tighten up bolts or screws.
