The Gigabit LAN works flawlessly as well, and I get speeds that are much faster than the built in Wi-Fi, which I needed, badly. So far, I am very happy with this. Changed my cable, and PRESTO!

I just hope that in the next couple of months it doesn’t fail like other manufacturer’s products. I think this serves my need very well. The internet connection was quick and immediate on both operating systems without the need of any drivers. I've been looking for one of these things for so long, and I finally found one!

Very pleased. One of the weakest link of my Surface Book 2 15" is it's wifi network adapter, it's horrible and is true to any Surface devices. Now I'm hitting speeds within the 950s Mbps and 880 Mbps on heavy net traffic which is still jaw dropping speeds. 0 backwards compatibility)

I love my Macbook as much as the next guy, but there are two things I really can't stand, the lack of USB ports, and the lack of an Ethernet Jack. (42 to 79 dl) Ordered this next day/Saturday delivery, so was also pleasantly surprised with an informative email from Plugable Technologies with a bunch of helpful links.

I use Windows 10 and Linux on this machine. I needed an Ethernet connection, as well as an USB hub. Getting the most out of xfinity's gig speed internet.

I just received the product in the mail. Immediately plugged it into my workbench laptop. After all the great reviews, I was almost disappointed that the Ethernet plug seemed to be DOA.
