To install this bidet in a way that you can easily replace it if it fails you need to have a vanity near the toilet. Mounted behind the 1" wall the trim plate didn't leave room to attach the hose, so I had to leave it off.

Great product with integrated hot and cold. Advice online had led me to use American (NPT male) fittings screwed into the female straight G-thread. Also keep in mind the bidet handle in your measurements, you don't want it to not have room to hang because you installed your bidet base too close to your vanity top. I almost gave up out of frustration.

This unit has some nice features. I like the finish. I used 3 x 2 1/2" screws and nuts to anchor it as someone else suggested.

Drill a couple of holes in the vanity, build a bracket to mount the bidet to it and install it on the inside of the vanity. The sprayer is good quality, nice and heavy metal. I installed this in the US.

Chambers

The temperature/flow adjustment is very simple and easy, similar to the single-lever kitchen faucets. I used plenty of pipe dope, and it didn't leak at first.
