With out those two actions I don’t we’d be nearly as comfortable. You have to be near the machine to be cooled - that's literally in the instructions. No noise and strong, I very highly recommend it to everyone

I am in security and my office is a tiny little box with no air. All I know is, I am picky and have no problem calling out bad products, but this one - so far at least - is a Gem. It's not an air conditioner, just a water cooling fan - also, literally in the descriptions. Right now the display says it's putting out 57⁰ and is so pleasant.

I do not have a/c and while I’m perfectly fine in 94 degree weather my dog is not. The media could not be loaded. You can search my other reviews and see I'm not kidding around.

I am now on my third attempt at finding a "personal cooler" and so far believe I have a winner! Unlike its competitors, it has easily handled that much usage. The only draw back is that the water runs out fast!

I wish I knew this product earlier, it is very helpful to me when I am working. Every 45 mins I’m refilling it, but it is what it is bc my land lord won’t let me have a window unitAs a note: I also have reflective insulation on all my windows and run a cross breeze in the morning. It works 👍 I got him this and filled it with ice and water 50-50.

Don't hesitate or waste time on others - buy this one! But this device brought him from panting off and on to now-> no panting.

The ONLY improvement I could think of would be to either give it a battery so that I don't have to take up a usb slot full time, or to add a usb port to the side so I can use it to charge my phone, etc. He’s not panting and he’s very happy pup finally comfortable enough to take a nap. Other than that, almost all the complaints I read are people who cannot read the description. It sits on my desk 3-5 ft away from me, and I use it for 10 hrs or so, 5 days a week.
