They are designed to rotate as they compress to work your feet. I have some heel pain in my left foot from rugby so giving these a try to alleviate the pain.

After a couple of weeks of use, I’m easily able to walk, run and jump (not that they’re made for this purpose). But a little bit of time in the morning and evening does wonders. Blood Circulation and long term health benefits better than pain killers everyone should try them over time I should be able to wear them 15 minutes let's see if it helps my migraines. The media could not be loaded.
