It’s good for everything. This compensates for the almost hybrid-like ink (not typical ballpoint ink but not gel), but a range of more than 3 values takes practice and technique. Here is my detailed review on a scale of 1-5 (5 being best). It's heavy and bulky for prolonged use, but then, I needed it just to adorn my pocket and use it for signatures, as the name goes.

Worth it I’m an artist and primarily use ballpoint for that, but it’s a clean writer I would definitely sign something with or take notes with if needed.

PS: While reviweing, Amazon wanted to rate me on a paramenter of 'Sheerness', whatever that means. It is made up of metal which makes it little heavy . At this price, I'd say it's great to keep in the breast pocket for signatures.
