So as the review headline states - this is a great product but needs a bit of logical thinking and perseverance to get a result. Needed to remove an aqualisa shower thermo cartridge, held in by 4 torx T-25 security screws which were badly corroded with no head left for the screwdriver (or a flathead). I would say don't give up on your first try with this.

Worked a treat. Counter-clockwise to burnish2. The bits are amazing! A very useful emergency tool!

Before buying this, I managed to remove two with a lot of effort, a bike shop managed to remove a 3rd but they started messing me about after a failed attempt to remove this last one. If you go too fast you tend to make another nice smooth tapered hole. Not sure how long it will last if you used it regularly
