I was very impressed and have used multiple times. The packaging is clearly aimed at teenage girls, with a photo of an overly made-up pubescent girl, and of a male model of the type that makes teenagers gush, supposed to be 'Lee Stafford'.

I was sent this hairdryer in exchange for an honest review and so an honest review you shall get. This is quite a large and powerful hairdryer, yet surprisingly light and easy to handle.

Either option dries my hair fairly quickly. From the moment I opened the box and investigated the contents I was impressed. I constantly have split ends and it's all very brittle and thin. The customer service sent the emails and seemed very helpful and willing to support in any way if there was issues.
