I cannot recommend this enough! No one in my family is a vegetarian but we have all been enjoying these recipes. Not only are the recipes fantastic, easy to make and healthy, but the book itself is so nice just to leaf through--it's currently sitting on my coffee table. Plus the book is honestly gorgeous.

Every recipe I have tried so far has been fantastic. Most recipes only call for a handful of ingredients, most of which are relatively inexpensive and easy to find at your local grocer. And it all is SO beautiful when served. Every recipe has a full color photo and the corresponding instructions are so lovely.
