The consistency and ingredients are different. Both have a scent though the Stimulator has a more pleasant and light scent. The Stimulator has a cloudy color.
very good product, the smell is wonderful and it leaves your hair soft, I recommend it
The other ingredients in the Stimulator are generally all very good for hair. The Oil has an oily consistency and the color is more clear. The Oil is supposed to be used pre shower.

The Stimulator is supposed to be used post shower. The Oil is slightly citrusy.
I got that from CVS. The Stimulator was delivered to me with the box sealed in plastic and a seal over the bottle opening as well, which was nice. In the oil, Biotin is the 3rd highest ingredient (listed 3rd from the top). In the Stimulator it is the 6th highest ingredient, as you can see from my pictures.
I just got this product so this is a first impressions post more than a review. This is NOT the oil. You can get the oil separately here on Amazon. Hopefully that helps people decide which one is which and which one is right for them (though I think both are good to try out because the price is reasonable).
Firstly, this is the Difeel Biotin Root Stimulator. Time and use will tell.
I will update this as a review after a few months of use. The 2nd highest ingredient in the Stimulator is denatured alcohol which idk how I feel about right now.
